Advantages and characteristics of Jiesida granulator

1. The screw of the main machine of the granulator is customized according to different plastics and whether the plastics contain water. The screw is made of 38CrMoAl alloy, and the surface is nitrided treatment. our feed inlet and exhaust port (which are easy to wear in use) are paved with tungsten steel to improve the wear resistance.
 2. The power motor of granulator adopts Siemens Bei de motor, which is a high-end brand, with long service life, high output efficiency and energy efficiency .
3.The motors of the machines of the granulator are driven by frequency converters to control the screw speed.The frequency converters are made of Blue Ocean Huateng or Huichuan brand, with stable quality.
4.The gear box of the granulator adopts the Guomao brand. The square hard tooth surface gear box has stable transmission and low noise.Compared with other manufacturers, the same model of the Shuguang brand gear box uses a larger model of transmission bearing, which has good sealing performance and is more durable. 5.The screen changer of the main machine adopts a dual station die head, which can realize the screen changing operation without stopping. The screen changing mode can adopt motor gear drive or hydraulic drive, and the auxiliary machine adopts single station operation. 6.The frame is made of I-steel 20-25 #, and the motor base plate is supported by steel plates with a thickness of 2cm, which increases the stability of the machine body . The heating of the whole machine adopts the three fire and one zero wiring mode. The heating distribution of the electric heating coil is more uniform, the energy consumption loss is small.
