Product Details

Extrusion system: Extrusion motor and gear box offer the power for screw. Meanwhile screw
and barrel with strong material make sure plasticizing plastic material well, ceramic material heater with evenly and quickly heating function!

Head system: Accumulating type, material ejection with first in first out method. Head structure is designed by our professional engineer, flow stable and quick. Use parison controller for controlling the thickness of jerrycans, to make sure thickness uniform. Besides, we also could adjust thickness range by controller's operating version!

Clamping system: It has clamping plate and cylinder, linear guide, slider, transducer... Mold is fixed on the plate. All components make sure mechanical movement precision, stable and quick!

Electrical control: It has operation touch screen, PLC, contact switch, air switch, delay, voltage stabilized power, inverter ...We could input, modify and monitor the parameter of heating, pressure, time, alarm... to control whole machine's action parameterby touch screen. It has two operation languages, Chinese and English!

Hydraulic system: It has hydraulic servo motor and pump, valve, pump, oil tank, oil cooler, tube... Offer power for mechanical action, meanwhile proportional valve is controlled by oil flow pressure for transfer digital signal into mechanical action, to control the action of blow pin, clamping structure, head and extrusion!
In this machine, hydraulic motor uses servo type. Servo system could save about 30% power consumption than normal AC motor, and servo motor is with less noise!

Product Description

 

 This rotational molding machine has two arm. The oven diameter is 1.6m, the rotation diameter is 1.2m. Our machine adopt the hot air cycle.  The advantages of hot air cycle is as below:

 

    First:  when we make the product, the open flame heat directly the mold surface, will destroy the molecular structure of PE material, so lower the product quality. If it is hot air cycle, will not destroy the molecular structure of PE material, so the product quality will high.    

     Second: our burner adopt the PID control,  the temperature rise rapidly( the mold surface temperature will arrive at 300 degree within 3-5mins),  so will reduce the heating time and improve the production efficiency.

 

   The arm of our machine is fully sealing, so the driving parts of the arm inner will not be effected by the high temperature, so the use life of the arm is long. 

  
Main Features

1, PLC, touch screen control system, greatly improve the stability of the device, both self-monitoring function, simple and fast operation, can be based on different sets of memory storage, replacement mold, no need to re-temperature, pressure, time and other settings.

2, servo motor feed, accurate and no error, suitable for the production of large quantities of coil material, save the provincial materials.

3. The pressure forming part adopts a four-cylinder six-column automatic balance structure, thickens the worktable, and guarantees the compression molding accuracy ± 0.1 mm in each position.

4, pressure plate speed, flexible pressure, making the material better molding effect.

5, hydraulic system, supporting electrical appliances are imported famous products, power saving, small noise, simple operation, high efficiency.

The heating part of the oven is controlled by the inverter fan to drive the hot air cycle to heat up, and the heating effect is uniform and stable
