Introduction

SJ series of single-screw extruder can apply to produce such products with thermoplasticity as pipes of PP, PE, PS, ABS, PMMA, PVC, as well as plates, sheets, rods, profiles and plastic pellets. According to different raw materials and product specifications, screws with different ratios of length diameter and compression, barrels of different structures and proper driving devices are adopted so as to make products with high quality.

The screw has been designed with reasonable geometric parameter. Corresponding to different raw materials and products, screws with different ratios of length diameter and structures are selected to meet different request of clients.

 In accordance with different requirements of raw materials, the heating section of material barrel has two structures i.e. slot section and smooth section. Both screw and barrel are made of alloy steel with excellent properties, which have advantages of abrasion resistant, anti-corrosion and high strength.

The whole set is of reasonable and standard structure, which ensures convenient operation and easy maintenance

PET material is commonly known as polyester resin, and is the most important variety of thermoplastic polyester.It's physical properties include being milky white or yellowish, and it is a highly crystalline polymer with a smooth and glossy surface. It has good creep resistance, fatigue resistance, friction resistance, low wear, and high hardness, with the greatest toughness of all thermoplastics. PET is widely used in blister products, blister lunch boxes, electronic trays, packaging trays,packaging linings, and more.

Our Advantages

Machine Structure

1.The machine mold are welded by strong rectangle tube and steel plate make high strength to keep more safety of the machine.
2.All block mold frames are treated by heat-treatment to release the welding stress,so that the frames would no deformed.
3.After heating treatment,all mold frames are processed by sand blasting treatment to keep the rust away,then under coat and finishing coat are grearly improved anticorrosion performance and long life.
4.Adopts three Germany gauges and safety valve for multi-safety protection.The machine will be tested by water pressure and steam(many steps),ensure the machine more stable and safety.


Steam system

Three ball valves, comparing one big steam valve, saves 20% steam, with ISO standard butterfly valves, greatly improve stability and long life span.


Control system
Adopts PLC (Mitsubishi) and touch screen( Schnaider) for easy operation.
Equipped with material lever sensor to control beads filling. The block cooling is controlled by foam pressure sensor, the whole procedure for filling, heating, cooling are controlled automatically by PLC
